Alpha Chemicals has established a reputation as a reliable
supplier of chemicals, but in addition we provide many other
services to suit particular customer requirements.
Custom Formulating
We have the expertise to formulate products to meet our
customers’ particular requirements. We are able
to offer a full manufacturing service for these formulations.
We have provided this service for many customers in the
past, bringing their products from an idea in the customer’s
mind to full production.
Contract Manufacture
We offer a full manufacturing service, under confidentiality,
for our customers’ proprietary products and formulations.
Many customers have used this service when they have
a product, but don’t have the facilities to produce
it.
Anodising
Alpha Chemicals provides a complete package for the Anodising
industry.
Alpha Chemicals formulates a range of chemicals and formulations
for the anodising and colouring of Aluminium.
We also supply a number of other chemicals and formulations
for the Anodising industry, including Alphacol IG for gold
dyeing of anodised Aluminium, and Stannous Sulphate from
Goldschmidt Industrial Chemical Corp, whom we represent
in Australia.
Alpha Chemicals also provides analytical support for its
customers. Technical advice and support is also provided.
We have an association with Munk Gmbh who are one of the
world’s leading suppliers of rectifiers and control
equipment for electroplating, anodising and hard anodising.
Munk also supply colour transformers and interference colouring
units to provide anodised Aluminium with a range of durable
colours. We provide sales, technical advice and backup
support for the Munk range.
